All sessions are available in-person and online, and include a free 15-minute telephone consultation to assess if we are a good fit.
Individual Therapy
$160.00+HST per 50-minute individual session
Couples Therapy & Marriage Counselling
$245.00+HST per 80-minute couples initial appointment (price includes session and assessment questionnaires)
$190.00+HST per 80-minute couples session
Consulting
$160.00+HST per 50-minute meeting
If you are a therapist at the beginning of your career, a therapist looking for support about starting your own private practice, or an individual / organization wanting to explore opportunities to collaborate, I would love to hear about how I can come alongside you during this time.
Payments
Payments for all appointments are made directly by you. Acceptable methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You will receive a receipt via email once I process your payment, which can be submitted for reimbursement if you have extended health benefits. Feel free to contact your insurance provider to confirm if your benefits package covers Registered Psychotherapists (RP).
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let me know 48 hours in advance, by phone or email. Clients who provide less than 48 hours of notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the session’s full fee.
